In order to ensure its missions, the DERBI Association has:
- A board of trustees, consisting of the DERBI competitiveness cluster president, Andre JOFFRE, and 24 members
- A science board, consisting of 15 members and presided over by Gilles FLAMANT, director of the PROMES CNRS laboratory
- An orientation committee,
- A bureau, composed of five prestigious members from government authorities
An operational team established to lead the DERBI competitiveness cluster is directed by Gilles Charier, the chief executive officer, aided by a project manager and assistant.
